El cardio es una parte vital de su r\u00e9gimen de ejercicios. Fortalece el coraz\u00f3n y sistema cardiovascular, respiratorio y muscular. Adem\u00e1s, el cardio impulsa su metabolismo y es maravilloso para quemar el exceso de calor\u00edas y, por lo tanto, la grasa. \n\nHable con uno de nuestros entrenadores acerca de c\u00f3mo hacer un uso m\u00e1s efectivo de la caminadora, bicicleta fija, el\u00edptica y m\u00e1quinas de remo en su plan de ejercicios.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Talk to one of our trainers about how to build the most effective use of treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical and rowing machines into your workout plan. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>02<\/p>\n<h3>PESAS LIBRES<\/h3>\n<p>Las pesas libres describen cualquier carga de entrenamiento que no est\u00e1 conectada a otro aparato o pieza de equipo en el gimnasio. La \u00fanica cosa que est\u00e1 trabajando es la fuerza de gravedad en ese objeto. \n\nLas pesas libres son parte importante de su plan completo de ejercicios. Construyen masa muscular magra y trabajan y fortalecen de manera importante los grupos de m\u00fasculos primarios y estabilizadores.\n\nEn Oasis ofrecemos una buena selecci\u00f3n de pesas y mancuernas \u00a1para que nunca tenga que esperar!\n\nEl \u00e1rea libre de pesas puede ser intimidante para los nuevos. Si no est\u00e1 seguro de c\u00f3mo utilizar las pesas por favor hable con uno de nuestros entrenadores acerca de c\u00f3mo aprender e integrar de manera segura un entrenamiento de pesas libres a sus ejercicios. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Free weights are an important part of your full-body workout plan. They build lean muscle mass and importantly target and strengthen both the primary and stabilizing muscle groups.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>At Oasis we offer you a good selection of dumbbells and barbells so you should never need to wait for your weights!<\/p>\n<p>The free weight area can be intimidating for the uninitiated. If you\u2019re unsure how to use free weights please talk to one of our trainers about learning how to safely and effectively integrate free-weight training into your workout plan.<\/p>\n<p>03<\/p>\n<h3>BOOTCAMP<\/h3>\n<p>Bootcamp proporciona un ejercicio de cuerpo completo con la meta de construir fortaleza, resistencia y acondicionamiento aer\u00f3bico. El ejercicio es intenso y tambi\u00e9n la camarader\u00eda que construye con los dem\u00e1s participantes &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Bootcamp proporciona un ejercicio retador con mucha variedad y se apoya en muy poco equipo. \u00a1Una vez que introduce Bootcamp a su r\u00e9gimen de entrenamiento usted puede llevar su ejercicio a todos lados!\n\nSi no ha realizado bootcamp anteriormente y no est\u00e1 seguro de su nivel de aptitud f\u00edsica por favor hable con uno de nuestros entrenadores. \u00a1Estamos comprometidos a prepararlo para el bootcamp! We are committed to getting you bootcamp ready!&nbsp; You will be amazed at the results.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>04<\/p>\n<h3>PILATES<\/h3>\n<p>Pilates is a full-body, low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.&nbsp; The practice of pilates puts emphasis on alignment, control and breathing. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pilates workouts specifically target the \u2018core\u2019 &#8211; the muscle group which wraps around your front and back mid-section. Good core muscle strength is vitally important and will enhance your well-being in many aspects of daily life.&nbsp; Core strength provides support for your body, alleviates back pain, enables fluid movement, protects your body during exercise and will help to preserve mobility as you age.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pilates is a program accessible to all people at any level of fitness. We highly recommend adding pilates to your weekly exercise regime to prevent injury and enhance performance in your more high-impact\/high-intensity workouts. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>05<\/p>\n<h3>YOGA<\/h3>\n<p>Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India.&nbsp; The integrated practice of postures (or asanas) and breathing techniques (or pranayama) is intended to strengthen the body, calm the mind and permit internal reflection. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The benefits of a regular yoga practice are wide-ranging. A complete yoga workout can help keep your back and joints healthy, improve your overall posture, stretch and strengthen muscles and improve your balance. Yoga also has a restorative element that is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The beauty of yoga is that you don\u2019t have to be a yogi or yogini to reap the benefits. Whether you are young or old, overweight or fit, yoga has the power to calm the mind and strengthen the body.&nbsp; Don\u2019t be intimidated. Yoga is for everyone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>06<\/p>\n<h3>ZUMBA<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;Zumba classes mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Set to a soundtrack of Latin and World rhythms, you&#8217;ll forget you\u2019re working out and surrender yourself to the fun and awesome beats. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cada clase de zumba ofrece un ejercicio completo combinando todo los elementos del ejercicio \u2013 cardio, condicionamiento muscular, balance y flexibilidad.
