CARDIO
Costa Rica Total Fitness has a selection of brand new cardio machines so you can be sure to get your cardio workout, even during peak hours. Cardio is a vital part of your workout regime. It strengthens the heart and cardiovascular system, respiratory system and muscular systems.

FREE WEIGHTS
Free weights are an important part of your full-body workout plan. They build lean muscle mass and importantly target and strengthen both the both the primary and stabilizing muscle groups.

BOOTCAMP
Bootcamp provides a whole body workout with the goal of building strength, endurance and aerobic fitness. The workout is intense and so is the camaraderie you build with fellow bootcamp participants.

PILATES
Pilates is a full-body, low-impact exercise that strengthens muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. The practice of pilates puts emphasis on alignment, control and breathing.
Pilates workouts specifically target the ‘core’ – the muscle group which wraps around your front and back mid-section

YOGA
Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. The integrated practice of postures (or asanas) and breathing techniques (or pranayama) is intended to strengthen the body, calm the mind and permit internal reflection.

ZUMBA
Oasis Zumba classes mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Set to a soundtrack of Latin and World rhythms, you’ll forget you’re working out and surrender yourself to the fun and awesome beats.
